Clear expectations before you book.

Please review the product-specific cancellation terms before payment. Shared transportation, weather, public areas, vendors and activity restrictions can vary by experience.

The specific product page and booking confirmation control when they differ from general information on this page.

Cancellation

Each product page includes its own cancellation policy. The product-specific policy and booking confirmation take precedence over general information.

Shared transportation

Pickup routes are shared and may include multiple hotels or meeting points. Guests should be ready before the confirmed pickup time.

Weather and safety

Outdoor activities may operate in normal tropical rain. Operations can be delayed, changed or cancelled when conditions create a safety concern.

Public areas and independent vendors

Some stops are public areas. Independent vendors are not part of Universal Excursions unless explicitly identified. Optional purchases are voluntary.
