From excursion coordination to a connected local operation.
Universal Excursions was built around a simple idea: travelers should receive clear information, dependable communication and direct support before, during and after an experience. What began as excursion coordination in Punta Cana grew into a broader operation that connects online booking, hotel pickup coordination, guest assistance and on-site adventure operations.
Today, Universal Excursions combines a modern booking platform with a local team on the ground, so travelers get the convenience of online booking with direct local accountability.

Universal Excursions and Motion Adventure are connected partner brands and form part of the same company operation. Universal Excursions is the booking, distribution and guest-service side of the business. Motion Adventure is the physical adventure base used for our off-road experiences, where guests check in, receive safety instructions, are assigned equipment, meet their guides and begin the route.

What that means for the traveler: for our off-road experiences, the booking team and the operating base are not disconnected companies passing the guest between each other. They work inside the same operating structure. For island, boat and other experiences, Universal Excursions works with selected local operating partners while remaining the guest-facing point of contact.
